1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and kiss919 (hereinafter referred to as "kiss919", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible atkiss919.cam (the "Platform" or "Site").

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on kiss919, the following eligibility criteria must be satisfied at all times:

3. Single Account Rule: Each individual is permitted one (1) registered Account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
4. Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information, including incorrect date of birth, is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

6. Mental Capacity: You must not be under the influence of substances or acting under compulsion when registering or placing wagers. You confirm that you are of sound mind and capable of entering into this Agreement.

4Account Registration & Security

Upon completing the registration process and having your Account verified, you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account. Specifically:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. kiss919 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. kiss919 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access arising from your failure to secure your login details.
• In the event of suspected unauthorised access, loss, or theft of your credentials, you must notify kiss919 customer support immediately via live chat.
• kiss919 reserves the right to impose session limits, inactivity timeouts, and account security freezes as a precautionary measure at its sole discretion.
• Players are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and updating their contact information when it changes. kiss919 communicates account-related notices (including Terms updates) to the registered email address on file.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

kiss919 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method and are typically near-instant for e-wallets and FPX transfers.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions.
• kiss919 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which kiss919 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any transfer charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 5–30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and up to 1 business day for bank transfers, subject to banking partner processing times.
• kiss919 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above a specified threshold, in compliance with AML obligations.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply by Account tier and are published in the Account dashboard.

6Bonuses & Promotions

kiss919 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and minimum odds restrictions are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Validity Period: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified per promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your Account balance.
• Bonus Abuse: kiss919 does not tolerate systematic exploitation of bonuses, including but not limited to: placing opposing wagers to guarantee profit, using the same bonus across multiple accounts, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any such conduct will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one promotional offer may be active per Account at any given time.
• Birthday Bonus: Available to eligible Members based on their registered tier (Bronze: MYR 188 / Silver: MYR 388 / Gold: MYR 888 / VIP Diamond: MYR 2,688). Tier status at the time of the birthday determines the applicable bonus amount. Subject to individual promotion terms.
• Referal Programme: Players may earn rewards for referring new members who register and complete a qualifying deposit. Rewards are subject to the active Referral Programme terms published on the Platform.
• kiss919 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players with an active bonus at the time of any such change will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the kiss919 platform, across all product verticals including live casino, slots, sports betting, lottery, and arcade games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel or modify a bet after confirmation, except where an in-play cancellation feature is explicitly provided by the relevant game or sports product.
• In the event of a technical failure or platform error that affects the outcome of a wager, kiss919 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Where a system error results in an erroneously displayed payout, the correct payout as determined by the platform's server-side records shall prevail.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per sport, and per market. Limits are displayed at the point of wagering. kiss919 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual Accounts without notice.
• For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, and UFC — settlement is determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled based on the real-time outcome at the point of market closure unless the market explicitly incorporates post-match adjudication.
• Live football and in-play markets are subject to rapid odds movement. kiss919 does not guarantee the availability of any specific price at any given time. Bets placed at outdated odds due to connectivity issues on the player's end may be voided at kiss919's discretion.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kiss919 and will result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, crawlers, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate the outcome of games or sports events.
• Laundering funds or processing transactions through kiss919 for any purpose other than genuine participation in gaming activities.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after withdrawing winings.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, data, or other players' accounts through any unauthorised technical means.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.

9Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations, kiss919 requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing any withdrawal request.

Acceptable identification documents for Malaysian players include:

• Identity Document: Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or valid Driver's Licence.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set voluntary limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Limits and Reality Checks: Players may activate time-based session reminders.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling has become problematic may request a voluntary self-exclusion period (minimum 6 months) through our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests are honoured within 24 hours and are not reversible during the elected period.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the kiss919 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface design, game assets, logos, trademarks, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of kiss919 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Platform software or game code.
• Using kiss919 branding, trademarks, or creative assets in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiss919 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service disruptions outside kiss919's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking system downtime, or regulatory verification requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of kiss919.

13Account Suspension & Termination

kiss919 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the Account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Conduct that endangers the integrity of the Platform, other players, or kiss919's operations.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.

Upon Account closure for cause, any Balance attributable to winings derived from prohibited activities will be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds (net of bonuses and voided winings) will be returned to the originating payment method following investigation and verification, at kiss919's discretion.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure does not entitle the player to any accelerated bonus conversion or relaxed withdrawal conditions.

14Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Players are encouraged to resolve any disputes with kiss919 through our formal complaints process in the first instance, by contacting customer support via live chat.

kiss919 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within two (2) business hours and providing a substantive resolution response within forty-eight (48) hours of complaint receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal escalation, alternative dispute resolution avenues may be pursued as permitted under applicable law.

15Amendments

kiss919 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file and/or by posting a notice on the Platform's homepage. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.

Continued use of the kiss919 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
